Refund policy
At Qaldan Enterprises Ltd we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you a return or exchange in accordance with our Returns and Exchanges Policy, which is in line with EU consumer protection law.
1. Right to Cancel (14 Day Cooling-off Period)
Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your order and return the product within 14 days of receiving the goods. This is known as the "cooling-off period".

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team within 14 days of receiving your order.
You will need to provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Please note that you must return the item(s) to us within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to cancel.
2. Return and Exchange Conditions
For a product to be eligible for return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
3. Return Process
To return an item:
Please let us know of your intent to return the item.
We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item was faulty or damaged when you received it.
4. Refunds
Once we have received your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for purchase, excluding original shipping costs (unless the item is defective).
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the returns process above. Once your return has been processed, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with details and photos of the problem. We will provide a full refund or exchange, including return shipping costs.

Items that have been used or are no longer in resalable condition.
